Membership Waiver & Agreement (Berri & Renmark)

  1. Risk & Liability
    I understand gym use involves risk, including injury or death, and I take full responsibility for my participation.
  2. Health Responsibility
    I confirm I am fit to exercise and responsible for my own health and medical clearance.
  3. Respect & Conduct
    I will respect staff, members, and the facility at all times.
  4. Equipment Use
    I will use equipment correctly. Misuse (in person or via CCTV) may result in action and I may be required to pay for damages.
  5. Children & Non-Members
    I will not bring anyone under 16 or anyone without a membership.
    Children must remain in a pram at all times.
  6. Personal Belongings
    All belongings are my responsibility. The gym is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items (including damage caused by equipment/weights).
  7. Gym Rules
    I will not touch music, speakers, or volume.
    I will respect other members and train safely.
  8. Payments & Fees
    If my direct debit fails more than twice, a $21.90 dishonour fee applies and cannot be waived.
  9. Cancellations
    I must provide 72 business hours’ notice via email to cancel my membership.
  10. Agreement
    I have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.
New Member Liability Waiver
  1. I waive all claims or causes of action which I might otherwise have arising out of loss or life or injury, damage, or any other loss, which I may suffer in the course of or consequent upon my entry or participation in any activities in the gym.
  2. This waiver, release and discharge shall operate separately in favour of any person involved in the ownership and/or operation of the gym. The waiver shall operate whether or not the loss, injury or damage is attributable to the act or neglect of any one or more of such persons.
