Family Weekly unlimited:
- $65.00 each, weekly unlimited sessions, valid for 1-week, reoccurring payment, credit card or direct debit (As per a gym membership).

Student Weekly Unlimited Current Student ID required [18 & Under]:
- $50.00, weekly unlimited sessions, valid for 1-week, reoccurring payment, credit card or direct debit (As per a gym membership).

Yearly Membership:
- 12 months upfront payment. $3380.00 [saving of $260.00]

New Members
As part of our Terms and Conditions and insurance requirements, anyone new to GCF is required to complete the following:
- Participate in and complete a GCF structured session where they will be observed training.
- The client/s must show they're competent in respect of the work or task to be performed, the required knowledge, training and experience and, where applicable, qualifications, specific to that work or task:
- Understand and acknowledge the GCF Gym rules as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and conduct themselves accordingly when unsupervised in GCF outside of structured class times.
Commando Kids:
- Casual drop in rate: $25 [Purchase directly from timetable]
- 5 Session Pack: $110 [must be a member to purchase]
- 10 Session Pack: $200 [must be a member to purchase]
Session Packs:
- 10 Session Pack ($27.50), 10 x sessions @ $27.50 per session, valid for 6 weeks from date of purchase.
- Session packs cannot be split.
- We do not credit or place on hold any session packs unless there is a valid reason.
- If a lockdown occurs, GCF will offer online sessions to ensure consistent training is maintained.
- Those with session packs who opt not to participate online will not have their accounts credited once their packs expire.
Casual Visits:
- Group Session $35.00 per session, valid for 1 session.
- Online session $20.00 per session, valid for 1 session.
Cooling Off Period, Holds and Cancellations:
Cooling off period:
- New memberships can be canceled within a 24hrs period. Cancelation fee of 1 week of selected Membership applies.
- Get Commando Fit requires payment in advance for all memberships and booked sessions.
Memberships Holds:
- To place memberships on hold we require 2 weeks - 14 days NOTICE in writing emailed to gcf@commandosteve.com [we do not accept any messages via phone call / text or any social media platform or messaging system]
- Please allow 72hrs for this to be actioned.
- Members can place their membership on hold for a maximum 2 weeks - 14 day period in total. There will be a $20 admin fee to place memberships on hold.
- Admin fee of $10 per week will be charged to accounts that option to remain on hold beyond the 2 weeks - 14 day period.
- It is the members responsibility to notify GCF admin at least 7 days prior in writing to gcf@commandosteve.com to extend the hold on their membership.
- Once a membership comes off hold any direct debits will not be refunded.
- Due to the billing cycle, we cannot place any memberships on hold for a week.
Membership Cancelations:
- We require 6 WEEKS notice in writing to gcf@commandosteve.com at agreed weekly rate to cancel membership.
- It can either be paid upfront or continue being direct debited until paid out, then the membership will be canceled.
- Any previous members who choose to sign up again will be subject to current membership rates.
Medical Cancelations and holds:
- If membership is being canceled or placed on hold due to medical reasons, we require a medical certificate outlining the medical issue and recommended timeframe for recovery.
- Each case will be taken into consideration individually.
- The minimum cancelation fee will be 6 WEEKS notice at agreed weekly rate to cancel membership.
- Any previous members who choose to sign up again will be subject to current membership rates.

Gym & Session Requirements:
- Get Commando Fit requires that each attendee participating in the group sessions must book via the Gym mate app and must bring with them a towel, water bottle and comfortable training attire.
- Get Commando Fit also reserves the right to remove any participant whose influence or actions are deemed harmful, inappropriate or do not abide with rules and GCF policies.
- Get Commando Fit reserves the right on a case by case basis due to special circumstances to waive the session and membership fee/s.
GCF Gym Rules:
- BOOKINGS
- Please ensure you are booked into the session/s you wish to train in advance.
- If you have booked a session and are unable to make it please cancel as soon as you can so the spot can be opened up for another.
- No shows are a no GO! If booked we expect you to be at the session, PERIOD.
- RESPECT
- Coaches - they are there to Coach, guide and educate for your benefit. Please respect their commands and listen to what they say.
- Your fellow GCF members â€" Our venue is a place of training. Train with focus, commitment and respect everyones effort.
- Unless you are booked and training during a class time please refrain from engaging with coaches and other members in the class that is being run.
- RESPECT THE EQUIPMENT
- Do not cause needless damage to the equipment, it is there for everyone to use.
- Put it away. Place all equipment back to where you got it from unless instructed by Coaches.
- Wipe things down after you use them. ...
- COMMUNICATION
- For the gym to run effectively and cohesively ensure that the line of communication is open, if you see, hear or feel something needs to be attended to please bring it up with a coach or staff member - GOSSIP is not an effective form of communication.
- ACCOUNTABILITY
- The programming and coaching is provided so you can effectively train and improve your overall health and well-being. To ensure you are getting the best from your training and progressing requires you to be consistent and accountable for your efforts. GCF and its coaches in NO way can guarantee the prescription will work unless you are willing to.
- DUMPING WEIGHTS
- Dump correctly not dangerously: Bow from the waist, pad the bar down. Dumping or dropping Kettlebells or Dumbbells not allowed.
- NO OPEN WATER BOTTLES
- No Glass Water Bottles. Sports bottles only, wet surfaces are a hazard for gym users. Mop up any spilt water.
- CHALK IS FOR YOUR HANDS
- Use chalk wisely. Light Dusting or rub chalk into hand Inside the chalk bucket!
- PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- No towel no training - they are compulsory.
- You are responsible for your belongings, bags, clothing, phones, keys. Ensure they are not left on the gym floor or on equipment.
- OPEN GYM
- If you wish to use the gym outside of class times please ensure that a coach or staff member has been informed.
- SOCIAL MEDIA
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please ensure the coach or a staff member is aware.
- RUBBISH BELONGS IN BINS
- All rubbish is picked up and placed in bins provided. If you see it, it is your responsibility, lets all play our part.
Personal Injury:
- By attending and participating in any GetCommandoFit Group training you do so at your own risk. Get Commando Fit and all of its employees will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage that a client suffers, from using the equipment incorrectly or not adhering to health safety instructions.
Lost property and belongings left behind after a session/s will be collected by GCF and best effort will be made to return it to the rightful owner at the next session.
Privacy Policy:
Get Commando Fit collects personal information from customers relating directly to the nature of our business to provide safe and adequate training. Or Privacy policy ensures that your personal information will not be shared or disclosed with or to anyone outside of Get Commando Fit and the booking System (Gym Mate) unless permission is granted by the respective customer on request by Get Commando Fit for the purpose of marketing, communications and testimonials.
