Important: please read this document carefully. It is a condition of your use of our services that you comply with these terms and conditions.

1. All fees and CFN goods and services are subject to change at the sole discretion of CFN. Full payment of fees is required in advance, charged fortnightly.
2. A minimum of 3 month membership is required when making full payments prior to any cancellation, termination or freeze. This does not apply to our 28 day kickstart package or our 6 and 12 monthly lock in packages. If a member wishes to terminate their contract with CFN early then an exit fee will apply to the value of 4 weeks membership fees.
3. The members credit/debit card will be charged fortnightly for services, for the life of the membership. A 30 day written notice period applies for any member wishing to end their membership after their 3 month minimum term has ended.
4. A $10 late payment fee may be charged on overdue payments.
5. A free period must be for a minimum of 2 weeks with 7 days written notice in advance of this period.
6. There are no refunds for membership fees, this may be altered and/or waived at the sole discretion of CFN admin and directors.
7. Class capacity: All classes are capped at 20 members. Should a member present to class without booking in and this cap has been exhausted then said member may be refused entry to class. This is at the discretion of the coach conducting the class at the time.
8. Apparel: members are not allowed to wear open toe shoes or have bare feet inside the gym and we ask that members be respectful and wear appropriate clothing.
9. Participation in exercise can be inherently dangerous. I understand that CFN Goods and Services, will involve gymnastics, weightlifting, outdoor running, bodyweight and various highly strenuous activities. It is my right as a member to refuse participation in any exercise if I do not want to perform them. I understand that accident may happen and if I am feeling pain, discomfort, dizziness or over exertion in any way, I am to stop training and alert the coach or director straight away. I have read and understood this warning and voluntarily accept and assume the inherent risk involved in given exercise.
10. Fitness to participate: I am and will continue to be medically and physically fit and able to participate in exercise, subject to any pre-existing condition as disclosed to CFN. I am not and will not be a danger to others or myself. I will immediately notify CFN of any change to my fitness, health and ability to participate.
11. I consent and authorise CFN coaches and admin to administer or obtain medical assistance in the event of an accident or medical condition I may suffer while participating in CFN goods and services and agree to pay for any costs or expenses incurred by CFN in administering or obtaining such medical assistance.
    
    If I am signing on behalf of a child participating with a CFN goods and service, I also give full permission for any person connected with CFN to administer first aid deemed necessary.
12. Privacy: CFN is committed to protecting your privacy and we will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. For the purposes of this privacy policy personal information means the following; a member's name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact details, bank/credit card details, student ID details, employment details, payment history and sensitive information.
13. Social media and marketing material: At CFN we value the use of our social media platforms for advertising our goods and services. For this reason coaches and admin will from time to time take photos and videos during class to post to social media. If you do not feel comfortable with this please advise the coach and admin immediately. By signing this document the member agrees to social media posting unless otherwise advised.

Declaration: I have read, understood, acknowledged and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions. I also certify and warrant that I am 18 years of age or over and mentally competent to enter this agreement.

1. I waive all claims or causes of action which I might otherwise have arising out of loss or life or injury, damage, or any other loss, which I may suffer in the course of or consequent upon my entry or participation in any activities in the gym.
2. This waiver, release and discharge shall operate separately in favour of any person involved in the ownership and/or operation of the gym. The waiver shall operate whether or not the loss, injury or damage is attributable to the act or neglect of any one or more of such persons.
