Terms and Conditions

KEY TERMS OF YOUR AGREEMENT

CANCELLATION

  • You MUST give 30 days notice of cancellation of your membership to CFA.
  • The earliest you can terminate is at the end of your mimimum term.
  • You MUST pay your CFA membership fees up to the end any minimum term.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

  • Written notice must be given.
  • Freeze will begin 1 week from CFA written confirmation date.
  • Maximum period of freeze is 21 days
  • Fee to freeze is $25.

OVERDUE PAYMENTS

If at any time your payments are in arrears, CFA may refuse you entry until arrears are paid in full.

MEMBERS AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement I confirm that I have read and understood, and that I agree to, the terms & conditions of this agreement set out on both the front and back of this form,including the indemnity and release set out in this agreement.

New Member Liability Waiver
  1. I waive all claims or causes of action which I might otherwise have arising out of loss or life or injury, damage, or any other loss, which I may suffer in the course of or consequent upon my entry or participation in any activities in the gym.
  2. This waiver, release and discharge shall operate separately in favour of any person involved in the ownership and/or operation of the gym. The waiver shall operate whether or not the loss, injury or damage is attributable to the act or neglect of any one or more of such persons.
