Geelong Ninjas Memberships

All Ninja classes are 45 minutes long and run during the Victorian Government school terms.

The Annual Membership fee is $720. Payments can be made annually (upfront) or Quarterly / Fortnightly via direct debit.

Quarterly payments are debited overnight on Thursday, in the 1st week of each term.  

Fortnightly payments are smoothed out over 24 Fortnightly payments each calendar year & are paused for 4 weeks over the Christmas / New Year Period.

The 2023 Schedule is from 20th January through to 15th December (Payments being paused on 29th December 2023 & 12th January 2024)

The 2024 Schedule is from 19th January through to 13th December (Payments being paused on 27th December to 10th January 2025

Options

OPTION 1: Single Ninja

1 x 45 minute weekly class during school terms and 2 x Ninja class tokens per term. 

Membership Price: Annually $720 Quarterly $180 Fortnightly $30

OPTION 2: Double Trouble

2 x 45 minute weekly classes during school terms and 3 x Ninja class tokens per term. 

Membership Price: Annually $1200 Quarterly $300 Fortnightly $50

OPTION 3: Triple Threat

3 x 45 minute weekly classes during school terms and 4 x Ninja class tokens per term. 

Membership Price: Annually $1440 Quarterly $360 Fortnightly $60

There is a start up fee of $40. This includes a personalised Geelong Ninjas Training Tee and the starter yellow ninja band.

The $40 start up fee will be debited immediately and once this payment is processed the T-shirt will be ordered. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for the T-shirt to arrive

The minimum term is 10 weeks (1 term). To cancel your membership we will need notification in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice via our cancellation form. While we charge no fees Paychoice the direct debit company does. We will pay the new account set up fee & the ongoing transaction fees. If a payment is dishonoured, Paychoice will charge you an $8.80 dishonour fee & automatically re-try the debit in 3 days.

Kinda Ninja Program

Public Holidays 

Geelong  Ninjas are closed for all Public Holidays.  If your regular class falls on a public holiday you will be issued a class token to attend an alternate class, or an additional Ninja Play or Grading Session.  Public Holiday class credits are valid for 6 months from the date of the Public Holiday.  These are not  transferable and are not redeemable for membership payments. 

Term Ninja Tokens 

Ninja Tokens are issued to members each term to book in & redeem for Ninja Band Gradings & Ninja Play sessions. These are an optional inclusion of the program so these Ninja Tokens are not transferable and are not redeemable for membership payments. 

Ninja Tokens are valid for 12 months from the issue date and are only valid while the Membership is Active. 

Class Absences 

When advance notification is given for an absence, we do try to accommodate a make-up class in the same week where possible, however this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. 

To advise a class absence due to a school camp, holidays or special event & request a makeup class please email us directly on hello@geelongninjas.com.au

2 weeks notice is required for Absence notifications.

We are unable to accommodate any make up classes for any sessions that have been missed in the past with no prior notice of the absence

To request to transfer your Ninjas regular class please complete our class transfer request form.  Class availability is updated regularly & is subject to change.

Membership Cancellations 

Geelong Ninja Memberships are a term by term commitment.  Your Membership will automatically roll over each term. 

Cancellation Forms do need to be submitted at least 2 weeks before a new term commences.

Cancellation forms submitted during the term or with less than 2 weeks prior to the term commencing, a 30 day notice period will be applied.

Refunds 

Geelong Ninjas does not offer any refunds for classes or events missed. 

Responsibility: 

Our Classes always start & finish on time. Please ensure that your child checks in at Reception on arrival. 

Our staff are not responsible for children dropped off early or picked up late from class. Ninjas should be advised to remain in the reception area and advise our Reception staff if nobody arrives to pick them up.

Children need to be under parent supervision at all times in our upstairs parent viewing room. 

Parking & Safety

Please drive slowly and carefully when dropping off & Picking up your children & be mindful of all pedestrians entering & exiting the premises. Please park responsibly in and around Geelong Ninjas & be respectful of our neighbouring businesses. 

Parents/guardians must actively supervise their children prior to and after all classes at all times.

GEELONG NINJA  TRAINING RULES, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMINITY AGREEEMENT

CHILD ADDENDUM ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Geelong Ninjas workouts poses significant risk of serious injury to children and other participants and members. Obstacle / Ninja Training can be dangerous to adults and even more dangerous to children. The risks of injury include but are not limited to cuts, bruises, broken bones, slips, collisions, trips, sprains and more.

Our Ninja classes are structured classes with coach supervision.  Safety is & always will be our number one priority.  Management & staff will take every precaution to prevent accidents & injures.  If a child is acting in a way that has the potential to cause injury to themselves,  staff or other participants they will be removed from the program.  In the event of an accident or injury our staff will not hesitate to call an ambulance.  There is always a First Aid Officer on the premises.  

Geelong Ninjas does not have any supervision for the children outside of the  Ninja classes.   When in the facility you  agree to take responsibility to monitor them to make sure that they follow all rules and regulations of the facility.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY I agree to release and discharge Geelong Ninjas (Geelong Ninjas PTY LTD) , its personal, owners, operators, the facility owners, agents, volunteers and all other parties related to the ownership and operation of the business from all liability whatsoever, and waive all claims, demands and actions for any and all injuries, harms, or damages sustained by the children named below in connection with their use or presences at our location or at any sponsored event whether within the venue itself or outside of the premises or another location where Geelong Ninjas is associated arising or resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of me, any other child at the facility, other members, guests, visitors or other persons at the gym or outside of the gym. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Geelong Ninjas and the released parties harmless against all claims including attorneys fees and costs, brought by anyone against Geelong Ninjas related to such injury, harm or damages.

SPONSOR: By signing below, I agree to be the responsible sponsoring adult, and agree that I will be responsible for the supervision of the children to ensure that they follow all rules of the facility and will be responsible for the children named, always while they are in our facility  or a Geelong Ninjas sponsored event. In the event that the children named are involved in an accident or an incident that requires medical attention, I agree that as the responsible sponsoring adult, I will be responsible for making all decisions related to medical and survival procedures of the children, including but not limited to decisions and the cost therefor about medical care, the administration of medication, the performance of life sustaining procedures, and the transportation and admission to any hospital, health centre or medical clinic. I warrant that the children are in good physical condition and that the children are not on any medications or that they do not have any disease or injury that would preclude them from physical activity.

I understand that Geelong Ninjas are not responsible for the children that are not participating in the structured classes. Should it be necessary to bring a child that is not participating in the group training, I understand that they must be away from all equipment and obstacles at all times to avoid injury to themselves or others. I also agree that they will conduct themselves responsibly while on the premises. I agree that I will supervise all children in my care always and take full responsibility for their actions and any damages that may occur as a result.
